Second Call for Volunteers
OK so here we are. The event is days away now.. 
So what we
need for event staff is those who have already volunteered..and thank you.
Our biggest issue will be getting the Vendors to their correct places Friday. So probably as vendors arrive we will dispatch people to help the vendor until everything is in... Then the priority will become getting the GM's to the right locations
In between sessions we will be moving some tables around... not many its being kept to a minimum. The other in between session issue will be getting game masters to their correct places, and helping them with stuff as well.
We still need:
Some additional people to help run the registration desk in 4 to 5 hour shifts.
Someone to deal with the ticket auction, (or someone plural) this will be a long term issue.
We need someone to be available for the Speakers Saturday, and stay for the presentations in case something else comes up during a presentation.
And maybe someone Sunday to deal with the flea Market
I'm running a game Friday night and last session Saturday but I can be in early both days to help as needed.

Myself and Another gamer Tim will be there Friday evening. we will check in and accept any assaignment.
Excellent thanks to all of the volunteers, we have a growing compliment and should be able to handle any issue that comes at us.

I've just been approved now to get out at 3 PM Friday, so I'll be there around 3:15 to help.
I've signed up for only three games for the whole weekend, so my availability is almost wide open.
I will still be available to help on Sunday for the take-down.
Put me where and when you need me.

Ok should I be there at 4PM to start helping in whatever capacity you want me in? I have no games that night so I'm all youres.
