Dirigo Hobbies is the name of my shop. We are open Monday - Thursday 10:30am - 7pm, Friday 10:30am - 10pm, Satuday 10am - 10pm, and Sunday 10am - 6pm.  You can also find us on Facebook.

How are you for tables and terrain?  I may be able to come in and see the store, play a game of 40K....Saturday-ish...

our tables are great and ready for play. We have people coming to play this Saturday. Our terrain is in the proccess of being assembled and prepared. It is high quality terrain. You are welcome to bring your own terrain if you wish.

We now carry about 99% of all the Games Workshop Warhammer Fantasy & 40K box sets.  We continue to grow and have schedules our first tournaments.  Check out the dates & times on our facebook page.

No plans at this time to carry FOW, but we can special order it.

Went up to the store Saturday. Nice! After the holidays we'll try and get up for a game or two. 

If you consider stocking FOW please post as I would be interested. Anyone running any FOW games yet?

We are running Warhammer and 40K tournaments monthly.   We are now a partnership level store with Games Workshop.  We have grown into the store quite a bit over the last 4 months.  We are now carrying model kits and model rockets.  We will soon have R/C vehicles and additional miniature games in stock.  If you haven't been by, stop in and check us out!

For those who have been to Dirigo Hobbies, here is some disheartening news...

As some of u may know, we have had a lot of family issues come up in the last month. It's due to these family issues, that we must, with great sadness, close the store. As of Mon. 6/20, everything in the store will be 15% off. The last day open will be 7/30/2011. We'd like to say thank you to everyone for making this store a great success. We will miss you all very much!

Didn't these guys just open, though? Wow. Thats a set back. Sorry to hear they were not able to keep going. 'Life' can be  a very fickle animal. It reminds me of an old saying "Life is what happens to you while your busy making other plans."
I more or less just found out they existed and was planning on trying to get out there some time. bummer.

They opened around October of last year.

There looks like they have an interested buyer who wants to keep the store open. Maybe things will work out for them.
