Yep, another excellent effort!
 
Expressed my thanks to some of the folks who did some of the behind the scenes work before I left on Saturday, but didn't get around to all.  Anyone who helped make this year's event possible deserves a standing ovation for a job well done.  Hope your level of satisfaction was a s strong as mine in just being a particpant.

Rumor has it that your Saxons were the most bloodthirsty lot on the table!  Captured or torched a longship, and then chased some poor Viking bugger down the beach.  Well done defending our fair village!

Well unfortunately the two Saxons that managed to get on board a Viking long ship were so busy trying to decide what to do with there prize, burn it or keep it, that they lost the initiative to the Viking leader that had run off down the beach.  He came back with some of his friends and killed off the two Saxons in time to reclaim the boat.
