Game Submissions for October Game Day Due September 3rd.
Hey all:
First thanks to those who have already submitted games at this point. For those considering games for the October Game day; please have them submitted to me not later than September 3rd. Send your game details (see below) here.
Be aware that table space is limited. Games will be 5x8 feet or whatever multiples of the tables (2.5x6, or 2.5x8) will allow. Only ONE game will be allowed to be a "double" i.e. requiring 1.5 times the normal table or more, and said game must accommodate a minimum of 8 players. Sorry to be draconian but its what space defines as practical.
I am looking for four to five games per session, so not more than ten total.
We already have three offers, if those people would kindly email the above link, so I can keep track; I would appreciate it. Scenario descriptions are not mandatory now, but I will want a one sentence description, along with:
Period, Scale of Mini, scale of game (man to man, player pushes a battalion/division, etc.) Rules used, number of players in Min-Optimum-Max format, and if you need more than 5x8' [hint, thats going to be first come first served] if that changes I will advise...
I look forward to having everyones game submissions... bring em on

Thanks all sorry for the error
Hello.
Just sent the data on the Viet Nam game. The rules are Paddy Mud, the Viet Nam variant of the Prairie Dust rules we used for the Jenkins Flat Old West game a few years back.
I will provide a set of the rules and/or a gamer's guide to patrolling to anyone who e-mails me at omemin@aol.com. They are Word and Excel files. I will also have hard copies of the rules and the guide at the game for anyone to pick up. They are a freebie, and you don't have to be in the game to get one.
If you want the Prairie Dust rules, I can e-mail you that as well. Same deal as Paddy Mud.

Just sent in a Medieval AM game for you if you have room.
Chris Parker
Received, and yes there is room.
Which is to say to all you GM's out there, there are still opportunities left to test that scenario you have been wanting to try... but act now... the opportunities will fade quickly...
Tim
UPDATE: In reviewing the communications between myself and the GM's; there are still 3 slots available for 5x6' tables for games. If everyone can make their scenarios fit on 5x6, then we can accommodate 5 more games.
Lets go people I need 3 more scapegoats, I mean, Game Masters to step up.... Your Gaming Community needs you.

Sent afternoon game today...Chris P.
The game submission period has ended today. We have a nice slate of eight games. I will be emailing the GM's later today or tomorrow with details on the schedule.
If the various gaming and luck gods and goddesses smile on me this week there will be a PEL by Sept 10, and preregistration will open on the 17th.
Stay tuned for more news.
Now lets get those ticket auction items in for game day - remember theres something in it for you this time... contact Gabriel Landowski with your item offerings.
