Hi,

We are going to get together this saturday at 10 am at 3 Geeks in Bangor to talk about an early war escalation league and play a little FOW for anyone interested.  So bring your favorite company and come on down.  See you then.  Take care.

Escalation leagues are a blast,
The focus behind running an escalation league is to have you slowly build your armies so everyone has time to assemble and paint their forces.  An escalation league also allows the players to play test their armies so they can make wiser purchases and understand what their armies need most.  Having run a few of these I can say thier a blast and recommend anyone to give this a try worst thing that can happen is you walk away with some new friends ....LOL
Good luck guys

Hi Gordon,

Yeah we have had a lot of interest at the local store and I am looking forward to giving it a try.  I cant wait for the tournament at Huzza this year too.  Especially as it is going to be on saturday.  I like early war North Afrika myself but hope they add the Russians and the Finns soon as well.  Too bad there are no Americans.  They are my favorite.  Take care and have a good holiday weekend.

Bill,

Do we have a point target or a time period we are focusing for Saturday?

The time period is early war for the escalation league 1750 and the game is late war 1750 points.
